We offer 3 services to non-profit and private organizations: organizational consulting, unlearning & reframing, and inclusive storytelling. For publications that align with our mission, we offer digital storytelling services that feature rigorous research and in-depth interviews. We serve clients in Canada and the United States.
We help organizations evaluate, improve, and implement strategies and processes related to belonging, communications, and programs.
We help organizations unlearn the biases internalized from the dominant culture, then reframe this knowledge in a new context.
We help organizations use storytelling techniques to communicate complex issues such as intersectionality, the harms of colonialism, and organizational inclusion.
“Anna-Liza is an absolute joy to work with. She creates brave space with a beautiful blend of empathy and critical questioning. I have worked on several projects with Anna-Liza related to ecojustice. Each time, Anna-Liza works collaboratively to push the project, collaborators, and participants deeper, help us question our assumptions, move beyond our current understandings, and move towards effective action to support justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion within the field of conservation and environmental education.
Anna-Liza is an enthusiastic, passionate, knowledgeable, and skilled facilitator (e.g., of focus groups and workshops), speaker, and writer. We are delighted by the chapter we co-published on Fostering a Sense of Belonging in Canada’s Parks and Wilderness through outdoor education.”
