Organizational Justice Consulting

Organizations are coming to terms with the fact that their surface-level Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) initiatives are not having the desired impact. Ill-informed JEDI programs that do not centre the needs of equity-deserving communities can cause active harm to individuals and organizations.

We focus on the result of JEDI initiatives to foster overall organizational justice: belonging. We help organizations evaluate, improve, and implement strategies and processes related to belonging, communications, and programs. Our organizational justice consulting services include:

  • Strategic Facilitation (our favourite topics include exploring bias, fostering authentic culture change, and using intersectional lenses)
  • Facilitation of Communities of Practice, Peer Networks, and Learning Labs
  • Community-Based Research, Reporting, and Project Management
  • Innovative Partnership Development

For some people, JEDI refers to BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour) communities. We view inclusion more broadly with the goal of leaving no one behind. Our organizational consulting services include fostering belonging for communities and people identifying as:

  • Racialized
  • Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, and Metis)
  • Women and gender-diverse people
  • 2SLGBTQIA+
  • People with Disabilities
  • Newcomers and refugees
  • Neurodiverse people
