We offer Lecture and Discussion-Style Workshops on building equitable organizational cultures and supporting equity-denied staff and volunteers. But staff need opportunities to express and create together too! That\u2019s why we offer Arts-Based Workshops on topics such as eco-anxiety, exploring colonial histories, and more.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lecture and Discussion-Style Workshops are offered virtually across so-called North America and in-person in the Greater Toronto Area. Workshops are offered in three forms:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Intro Workshops are 1 hour long plus 15 minutes for discussion. Suitable for all staff levels, these workshops help the entire organization get on the same page and sets the stage for future leadership discussions.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Advanced Workshops are 2 hours long, including lecture and discussion. Suitable for leadership, HR, People &amp; Culture staff, and Volunteer Managers, these workshops focus on providing time and space to consider how to operationalize and implement Intro workshop learnings.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Practical Workshops are 2 hours long.
